Refund Policy:

One night deposit for cancellations more than 60 days out. Balance is due in full 60 days in advance and non refundable unless re-rented. Pro rata refund minus one night deposit if we are able to re-rent the condo.

We highly recommend obtaining TRIP INSURANCE for you vacation. This will cover you against losses due to unexpected cancellations, illness, etc...We do not assume financial responsibility for any cancellations due to unexpected circumstances. One source is Travelex Insurance.
